The Pittsburgh JazzLive International Festival presented by Citizens Bank began as a labor of love between the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and the great jazz legacy of the city of Pittsburgh. Seven years later, we invite people from around the world, speaking different languages but sharing a common bond; a love for music and embrace of culture that overshadows our differences. PJLIF is committed to celebrating cultures of the world, and connecting the notes that make us ONE. With the majority of concerts free in the streets of the Cultural District, we eliminate many barriers and welcome everyone to celebrate jazz in Pittsburgh’s Cultural District.
