Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust faces a critical financial situation. This health crisis has wreaked havoc on the arts and culture in our country and in our city. Since mid-March, the Trust has been forced to cancel more than 4,000 performances and events, leaving a cultural void in our community.

During this time when our Cultural District, theaters, and venues are dark, the generosity from our community is more important than ever. Bringing people together is the essence of the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust’s mission. While we are not able to gather in person at this time, we continue to offer virtual programming, arts education opportunities, and are working hard to stay connected with you.

In addition, the Trust takes its role of steward of the Cultural District seriously. Support from you will help the Trust maintain a strong financial position and be ready to begin phased re-opening when it is safe to do so.

Please consider making a donation to the Cultural Trust today. Together we can ensure that the Trust will enliven Pittsburgh’s Cultural District for years and years to come.

Art impacts our community in profound ways. The arts to move us, lift spirits, open minds, and heal. We know that art connects us.
