Take a Child to Work Day: Jazz Performance

Take a Child to Work Day: Jazz Performance
The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our venues and events. The safety of our guests, staff, and artists is of paramount importance, and in continued response to Governor Wolf's order, effective March 19, 2020 until further notice, to prohibit the operation of all businesses that are not life-sustaining, we have come to the extremely difficult decision to suspend additional Pittsburgh Cultural Trust events, extending through June 14.
As a result, this event has been cancelled. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you are participating in Take a Child to Work Day, we invite you and your little ones to join us at the Trust Arts Education Center for a free special performance of "Jazz Time!", an engaging musical journey that introduces children to the elements of jazz. Registration required.
Trust Arts Education regularly presents this performance as part of a series for local school groups. For more information visit TrustArts.org/JazzTime.
This performance is supported by PNC Grow Up Great.
Each April, the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust celebrates Jazz Appreciation Month in the Cultural District with workshops, concerts, and other special presentations. Check out our JazzLive section for a listing of this year’s Jazz Appreciation Month programming.
