Liberty Magic BYOB Policy
Liberty Magic allows audience members over the age of 21 to bring their own beer or bottles of wine to our speakeasy experience. For $5 per person, we’ll provide cups, napkins, and wristbands. There are a handful of bars and stores within walking distance of Liberty Magic that sell carry-out beer and wine.
Liberty Magic reserves the right to inspect all packages, purses, backpacks and bags at the door. Our venue staff also reserves the right to confiscate any alcohol not permitted within the Liberty Magic guidelines (we will hold it for you at the box office for your pick up at the end of the show). Liberty Magic will also dispose of any alcohol left behind at the close of business.
BYOB Speakeasy Details
- Guests may bring up to one (1) six-pack of beer or one (1) 750 ml bottle of wine or beer per person.
- Guests who bring alcoholic beverages must be 21 years or older and provide valid photo ID upon request.
- Guests will be issued an ID for $5 per guest.
- Guests may not share a poured beverage to other guests who do not have a wristband.
- Please keep your wristband the entire time you’re at the theater.
Party Fouls
- Liberty Magic reserves the right to ask you and your party to leave the premises if you become a disturbance to others.
- Guests will be removed from the venue if there is any attempt to share alcohol with a minor.
- Liberty Magic reserves the right to refuse service to any guest, at any time, for any reason.
Not Permitted
- Unchecked alcohol, including flasks.
- Liquor of any kind — this includes mixers, hard alcohol, and liquids in unmarked bottles.
- Coolers

- Please be prepared to present a Valid ID. This may be a driver's license, state ID, military ID, or Passport.
- Must have person's name, picture and date of birth.
- We DO NOT accept expired IDs
