A Message to Our Patrons Regarding COVID-19

Thank you for following along with us during this intermission in the Cultural District. Our hearts go out to all those whose health and livelihoods have been affected by the health crisis. We truly hope that you and yours are staying safe and healthy at this time.

The curtain will rise again and we are busily preparing behind the scenes to welcome you back into our theaters, galleries, and venues when it is safe to do so. We have also been producing virtual events and presentations to stay connected with our audiences at this time.

Since March 13th and through the end of 2020, almost all events have been either postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled. Once the status of an event has been determined, we will contact ticket buyers with the new information via email. You can also visit your show’s event page for more information. Events that are newly affected for the remainder of 2020 are listed below.

POSTPONED EVENTS

The following events were postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is working to provide ticket buyers with updates about these events as soon as more information becomes available. CHILDREN’S THEATER SERIES

EQT BRIDGE THEATER SERIES is expected to return in 2021. For more information, visit TrustArts.org/Bridge.

GALLERY EXHIBITIONS

All Pittsburgh Cultural Trust Galleries, including 707 Gallery, 937 Gallery, SPACE, and Wood Street Galleries are closed until further notice.

GREER CABARET THEATER, BACKSTAGE BAR, AND KATZ PLAZA

All Pittsburgh Cultural Trust Greer Cabaret Theater and Katz Plaza programs, including BNY Mellon presents JazzLive at Katz Plaza, Improv Comedy Jam, Live Music Fridays and Saturdays, and Salsa Fridays are cancelled until further notice. BNY Mellon Presents JazzLive @ Home offers a look behind the scenes with your favorite Pittsburgh jazz musicians.

The Backstage Bar is also closed until further notice.

HARRIS THEATER FILMS

The Harris Theater is closed until further notice. Films can be accessed online through the Harris @ Home series.

LIBERTY MAGIC

Liberty Magic is closed until further notice and plans to resume live performances in 2021. Special performances given by magicians around the world are featured on Liberty Magic @ Home, accessible through YouTube and Facebook.

PITTSBURGH DANCE COUNCIL

Pittsburgh Dance Council has announced changes to the planned Spring 2021 season. Subscribers will be contacted by our Guest Services department starting the week of September 28. More information is listed at TrustArts.org/Dance.

PNC BROADWAY IN PITTSBURGH

The updated PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh season includes amazing titles with all shows taking place at the Benedum Center: our complete line-up is listed at TrustArts.org/Broadway.

TRUST ARTS EDUCATION

While the Trust Arts Education Center at 805-807 Liberty Avenue is closed until further notice, multiple online programs are available for students and educators including Buzzword PGH Boxes, Creative Connections, and Creative Curriculums.
