Terms and Conditions
We thank you for your patronage. When you purchase a season ticket package you are entering into a contract with the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and Broadway Across America.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL: All subscribers will be automatically renewed each season. Your credit card will be charged the then-current subscription price annually or in installments (if you’re on a plan). You have 30 days from the date of the season announcement to cancel the renewal via the cancellation link in the email or calling/emailing us. If you cancel before the charge date from the email, you won’t be charged. After that date, we’ll refund you if you make the request within 30 days following the season announcement. A valid credit card, email and Pittsburgh Cultural Trust account are required. Please make sure your email address on file is up to date.
RENEWAL DEADLINE: If we are unable to automatically renew your season subscription for the 2026-2027 season, you must log in to your Pittsburgh Cultural Trust account and pay your renewal invoice no later than 11:59pm on April 6, 2026 to keep your seats. Any requests for adjustments to the standard subscription benefits or show offerings must be completed by May 13, 2025 and are limited to one request per season ticket package account per season. After the deadline, only the benefits associated with the season subscription will be offered.
UPGRADES, SWAPS & EXCHANGES: Seating upgrades and ticket exchanges are subject to availability. The ability to swap or exchange individual shows will begin shortly after the upgrade window. Swaps or exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours prior to your performance or by 5 pm on Friday for weekend performances. In some cases, a show may require exchanges to be completed at least 72 hours prior to your ticketed performance. The difference in price is due at the time of the swap, exchange or upgrade if moving into a higher priced performance or seating location. Refunds cannot be given for the difference when exchanging tickets from a higher- to a lower-priced performance.
PACKAGE PRICING: The price of each season subscription package reflects the face value of your tickets (inclusive of all applicable season subscriber discounts), $58 in handling fees, $40 in facility fees, $12 in district fees, and all applicable taxes.
SEASON OPTIONS: Season Options are not included in any subscription package. Additional purchase is required, and all seating is subject to availability at the time of purchase. All Season Options must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not eligible for the Payment Plan. Ticket prices for the Season Options include a $5.00 per ticket facility fee and a $1.50 per ticket district fee.
ADDITIONAL TICKETS: Orders that exceed the ticket limit of nine will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. Additional tickets are subject to availability.

RESALE: We do not support the reselling of tickets above face value. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Ticket Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats and be subject to penalties outlined in Pennsylvania State Law (4 P.S. § 201, et seq.).

AUDIENCE ADVISORY: The PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh series offers a diverse selection of arts and entertainment. Not all productions may be appropriate for all ages. Patrons are encouraged to familiarize themselves with shows offered to make informed decisions prior to purchasing a season subscription.
HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Health and safety protocols may be in effect for all PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh performances. Venue or each event may unilaterally implement health and safety protocols based on updated public health guidance and applicable law. Updates will be sent to ticketholders before each event or posted at TrustArts.org/Welcome. All ticket holders are required to comply. Events are planned at full capacity.
GENERAL COVID WAIVER: You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any disease, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, Event Organizers, Pittsburgh Cultural Trust partners, Cultural District Member Organizations, sponsors, and affiliates, including The John Gore Organization, Inc., John Gore Theatrical Group, Inc. d/b/a Broadway Across America, the Venue, the Presenter, all Events and Event Producers, and their respective owners, affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, successors and assigns and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents. By attending a Broadway in Pittsburgh event, you agree to the above terms.
