PNC Grow Up Great, Early Childhood Arts-Integration in the Cultural District
The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust partners with the Downtown Pittsburgh childcare centers to provide their students (ages 3 – 5) with high quality arts experiences. Through this grant program children participate in multi-session arts residencies based on the Children’s Theater Series performances. Complimentary tickets for these performances are also included. Other programs include Jazz Performances, StoryCorners, Intergenerational Learning, and Dance Days. All programs focus on deepening their understanding of the arts while promoting positive cognitive, behavioral, and physical development.
